satisfaction at 110%. If during your subscription you receive a bad lead,
based on our replacement policy detailed below, a replacement lead will be
given on a 1:1 ratio. As in many business arrangements, situations arise
that may not be easily defined and questions will be certain.
A live representative is available during business hours for customer
service. Please remember Financial Firebird appreciates your business and we
will do our best to accommodate you.
Financial Firebird will replace any lead that meets the following criteria:
- Leads with a telephone number that is disconnected, out of service, or incorrect.
- A duplicate lead received twice in a two week period.
- A lead that is fraudulent or found to be bogus, has no means of contact.
- A lead that has requests that do not meet the defined criteria.
Financial Firebird does not guarantee:
- That the applicant will accept Lender's offer to Applicant.
- That Applicant meets all qualifications required by Lender for its specific products and services.
- That Applicant will answer their telephone, call back, or be available at the time of Lender's contact(s).
- That Applicant has been truthful in all information provided.
- That Applicant will not make multiple applications to other product providers.
